Yes...Yes... Do

Lookie Here...

I grew up in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Right after the civil rights movement, right when we were starting to find ourselves as a people.

A little bit of a lot of different things.

I learned what it meant to be more than just my surroundings.

More than just the ghetto.

More than just poverty.

More than just another boy raised only by a mother.

More than just a brown boy on the system of food stamps, lunch tickets, roaches and mice with an occasional side of rats running through the house.

I survived being jumped and put in the hospital.

I survived being homeless and sleeping in abandoned houses.

I survive shootings right in front of my face

I survived getting hit by a car.

I have stayed away from politics here and for good reason.

BUT... I cannot stay away from "Hope".

No matter what side you are on... we must continue to be the best version of who we were meant to be.

Life will life you and better is always... "better".

Let's be better shall we?

Let's not just survive but thrive.

Let's not just wish, but manifest.

Let's not just dream, but also "Do".

Let's get up when we fall down and take our next steps to be our best versions.

Things will always happen. That is okay. What is not okay is that we give up when it gets tough.

What is not okay is that we throw our hand up and give up.

When life tells you "No".. you yell back and say "Yes".

You got this... I promise you.

On Purpose and With Purpose.

Intentionally Yours,

Dr. T
